As the region's largest small business support organization, COSE provides cost-effective group purchasing programs, advocacy on legislative and regulatory issues, and networking and educational resources to help Northeast Ohio’s small businesses grow. With over 14,000 members, COSE needed to fine-tune their marketing strategy to ensure audience engagement as their membership numbers continued to rise.
Paragon worked with COSE’s marketing team to fully examine how they communicate with their key audiences in today’s digital age of instant gratification and information overload. From email marketing and social media, to the website and content marketing, we pored over every possibility, and realized the need to create new objectives, in addition to new, user-friendly technologies.
In analyzing COSE’s corporate goals and supporting digital objectives, we also discovered the intent and behavior of COSE’s key audiences. With this information in mind, we created an implementation plan for a new marketing automation technology tool. This technology connects natively to CRM Dynamics, and offers such features as webinar integration, responsive design, return on investment reporting, forms, SEO assistance, lead nurturing, and sales enablement. Short-term, COSE will use this feature to generate dynamic email campaigns; long-term, COSE plans to further their digital marketing efforts with the help of Paragon’s continued services.
